Prohibited Conduct
To ensure a safe and compliant marketplace, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JumboBee™ platform (the "Platform"):

Fraudulent Activity
Submitting false information, impersonating others, or misrepresenting ownership or condition of inventory (the "Inventory").

Circumvention
Attempting to negotiate or complete transactions outside of the Platform to avoid fees or terms.

Tampering with Equipment
Modifying or removing VIN plates, serial numbers, or tampering with any part of the Inventory to mislead or conceal facts.

Misuse of User Accounts
Sharing login credentials, using another user's account, or creating multiple accounts to manipulate offers or policies.

Harmful Conduct
Harassing, threatening, or abusing JumboBee staff, partners, or other users.

Data Misuse
Extracting, scraping, or using data from the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization.

Violation of Law or Regulation
Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or export controls.

Use of Offensive Content or Language
Uploading content, comments, or communications that are obscene, discriminatory, or infringe on intellectual property.
JumboBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, cancel any transaction, or pursue legal remedies for any violation of the foregoing terms.
