Registration

Create a profile on our platform and select the "Buyer" role. This will grant you access to your account and enable you to calculate international shipping costs for your items

To access the buying feature, you must complete a verification process. This involves providing detailed profile information and passing a document check using SumSub

Once verified, you can purchase any available machinery through our self-checkout process or opt for international shipping with JumboBee
Please note that for your initial transaction, we may request additional documentation and may charge a deposit, in addition to the standard verification process. These requirements are optional and may vary based on individual circumstances
Document Requirements
International Buyer Document Requirements
For international equipment purchases, certain documentation is required to ensure a smooth and compliant transaction. Please refer to the following list and provide the necessary documents:

Government-Issued ID
Upload a copy of your government-issued photo identification, such as a passport or national identification card.

Business License
Upload a copy of your Seller, Import/Export License, or any other relevant business license demonstrating your authorization to purchase or import equipment.

Taxpayer Identification
Upload a copy of your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) or Value-Added Tax (VAT) Certificate obtained from your tax authorities. If you are not eligible for VAT, please provide a letter from your issuing VAT authority confirming this status.
Please note: Additional documentation may be requested on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend that you gather all necessary documentation beforehand to facilitate a purchasing process.
US Buyer Document Requirements
To ensure a smooth purchasing experience, US buyers may need to submit the following documents:

Government-Issued ID
Upload a copy of your government-issued photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license.
The Multi-State Exemption Form and Affidavit will be generated during the order process.

Company Registration (if applicable)
If you are a business entity, please upload a copy of your company registration documentation.

Please upload all required documents through your personal account on the JumboBee platform. Our team will review the documents within one business day. Upon verification, you will receive an email notification confirming your eligibility to purchase equipment.

Everything Sells "As is, where is"
All equipment is sold on an "as is, where is" basis. This means that the equipment is sold in its current condition, regardless of any defects or imperfections.
Pre-Purchase Inspection
We strongly recommend that buyers carefully inspect any equipment they intend to purchase before completing the transaction. To ensure a thorough evaluation, you may request our inspection services for an additional fee.
Finality of Sales
All sales are final, and no sale will be invalidated once completed.

Wire transfer
For a smooth transaction, initiate a wire transfer and send a confirmation to the dedicated JumboBee deal chat. Please note that your payment will be applied to your account ONLY upon receipt of a wire transfer notification from you.

JumboBee Financial Services can assist you in securing financing for your equipment purchase. We offer options such as export credit insurance, short-term, and long-term loans tailored to your business needs. This service will be available individually to certain clients upon request.
