Create Your Seller Account
To launch a platform for sellers, you must secure a verified seller account. You'll need:
Sign up and create your account
Upload business documents and ID for verification
Pass verification (usually in some cases, may take up to 48 hours)
Only verified sellers can publish listings. Your documents are securely reviewed by the Sumsub verification platform. We do not store your ID.

List Your Equipment
Each item you list must be available for sale and ready for pickup once sold.
Add key details: manufacturer, model, year, condition, and hours

Manage Orders and Negotiations
Once your equipment is listed, offers can start coming in.
You'll be notified through the Marketplace Chat and can:
Accept – Confirm and proceed to sale
Counter – Propose a new price
Decline – Reject the offer
You must respond to offers within 48 hours.

Confirm the Order
Once the offer is accepted and confirmed:
The item will be automatically removed from the listings.
The buyer has 72 hours to make a payment. This timeframe can be extended if needed.

Document Generation
You may be required to sign a package of documents.

Funds Transfer
You must confirm the order within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.
You'll be paid after the buyer's payment is received, with the marketplace fee deducted.
Communication & Privacy Rules
All parties (Buyer, Seller, Shipping manager, Marketplace Admin) communicate in the Buyer & Seller Chat
Marketplace Admin may join or act on your behalf through system messages

We charge a commission based on the final sale price. It's a transparent fee structure with no hidden costs. You only pay when your item sells. After registration, the commission structure will become available.
Do I need to be a company to sell?
No. Both businesses and individual sellers can list equipment. All sellers must complete verification for security.
Can I sell from outside the U.S.?
Yes. JumboBee is a global marketplace. We support sellers from many countries, as long as you can verify your identity and equipment availability.
What equipment categories can I list?
You can list construction, agricultural, industrial, mining, and trucking equipment. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact support.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed through JumboBee. Funds are released to the seller after the buyer's payment is confirmed and the item's readiness is verified.
How do I handle shipping?
You can offer Self-Pickup or use JumboBee's integrated international and domestic logistics. Instant quotes are available for most shipments.
Can I negotiate directly with buyers?
Yes. The Buyer & Seller Chat lets you negotiate, ask questions, and send documents securely — all within the platform.
Is there a way to list multiple items at once?
Yes. We offer bulk upload via spreadsheet or API access. Contact us or use the Premium Service Form to enable this feature.
What happens if a buyer doesn't pay?
Buyers have 72 hours to complete payment. If not, the offer expires and the item can return to public view. You're never charged unless a deal is confirmed and completed.
Do I have to manage shipping documents?
We help generate sales and shipping documents automatically. In some cases, seller signatures may be required. Our team guides you through each step.
