Yes. You can request an inspection before completing the purchase. Go to Pre-Sale Inspection. You can also ask the seller for additional photos, videos, maintenance records, or serial number details. Inspection availability, scope, timing, and cost depend on the item's location.

Submit a financing request through JumboBee with the required buyer information. Availability, terms, down payment, and required documents depend on the buyer's country, the equipment, and the financing provider. Approval is not guaranteed.

Shipping options for the Worksaver TERRA-MAX depend on its location, dimensions, condition, and destination. We provide domestic transportation within the U.S., cross-border transport to Canada, and international shipping worldwide. International moves may use container, RoRo, flat rack, breakbulk, or other specialized methods, combined with inland trucking on both ends. Where it lowers the cost, we can dismantle the equipment and ship it in containers. Shipping and warehousing are handled by our own in-house team, experienced in moving heavy equipment. Rates are calculated instantly on the item page, and our team can prepare a custom quote for non-standard routes or additional options on request in the chat.

Yes. We arrange door-to-door delivery where the service is available. The shipping plan covers pickup, inland transportation, dismantling where it saves cost, warehousing, port handling, ocean freight, customs coordination, and final delivery, all handled by our in-house team. Availability and cost depend on the route and local import requirements.

JumboBee coordinates the export documentation for your shipment. Depending on the equipment, route, and destination, this includes the commercial invoice, bill of sale, export declaration, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, and pre-shipment inspection certificates required by the destination country, such as CCIC for shipments to China. If a country requires additional customs, cleaning, ownership, or import documents, we confirm and prepare them for the specific shipment.

Sales tax and import charges are separate. If JumboBee handles the shipping and the equipment leaves the U.S., no sales tax is collected. If you arrange your own pickup, sales tax is charged at the time of purchase and refunded once you provide the bill of lading confirming export. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are charged separately in the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend confirming them with your local customs broker before purchase.

Warranty coverage depends on the listing and the seller's terms. Review the item details or contact the seller to confirm whether a manufacturer, dealer, or limited warranty applies. If no warranty is listed, do not assume that coverage is included.

After payment for the Worksaver TERRA-MAX is confirmed, the next steps depend on whether you arranged self-pickup or shipping through JumboBee. For self-pickup, we complete the transaction documents, issue the release paperwork, and provide you with the pickup location, contact details, and collection instructions. If shipping is included, we handle the full process: transport preparation, inland transportation, dismantling where applicable, ocean or cross-border transport, export documentation and customs procedures, and updates until the agreed delivery stage.
