Yes. We arrange door-to-door delivery where the service is available. The shipping plan covers pickup, inland transportation, dismantling where it saves cost, warehousing, port handling, ocean freight, customs coordination, and final delivery, all handled by our in-house team. JumboBee coordinates the export documentation for your shipment. Depending on the equipment, route, and destination, this includes the commercial invoice, bill of sale, export declaration, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, and pre-shipment inspection certificates required by the destination country, such as CCIC for shipments to China. If a country requires additional customs, cleaning, ownership, or import documents, we confirm and prepare them for the specific shipment.

Sales tax and import charges are separate. If JumboBee handles the shipping and the equipment leaves the U.S., no sales tax is collected. If you arrange your own pickup, sales tax is charged at the time of purchase and refunded once you provide the bill of lading confirming export. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are charged separately in the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend confirming them with your local customs broker before purchase.
